Site survey
We measure your display cases, check power access, and figure out mounting options. Takes about an hour per location.
Frame fabrication
Custom frames for your specific showcase model. Fits into existing cabinet structure or replaces front glass panel.
Install & wire
Our crew handles the physical mount, power run, and network connection. Usually 2-3 hours per unit.
Content setup
We load your first batch of content and train your team on the CMS dashboard. You're live same day.
Common questions
How visible is the content in bright store lighting?
700 nits front-facing brightness handles typical retail lighting. If you're near a window with direct sunlight, we recommend the high-brightness version (1000 nits). We'll check your lighting during the site survey.
Can I keep using my existing display case?
Usually yes. The screen mounts to the case frame or replaces the existing front glass panel. We've fitted these to most major showcase brands and custom-built cabinets. We'll confirm compatibility during the survey.
Does the transparency affect image quality?
Black areas of the image become transparent-that's how you see through to the product. Bright colors and white display normally. Most retail content is designed with dark backgrounds to maximize the see-through effect.
What file formats does it play?
MP4, MOV, JPG, PNG, HTML5. The built-in player handles 4K video at 60fps. If you're using the CMS, just upload and it auto-converts to the right format.
What happens if the screen dies?
Panel goes dark, you can still see through to the products-customers won't stare at a blank wall. We include a 3-year warranty on the display and offer next-business-day replacement in most metro areas.
How much does it cost?
Depends on size, touch capability, and order volume. Ballpark: $1,800-$4,500 per unit for the screen, plus installation. We'll put together a full quote after the site survey-usually within 48 hours.
